Exchange Process: Send the product back through any courier or post office. Once we receive the parcel, we will ship the replacement free of charge (without any additional shipping charges)
Important:
• The shipping cost for sending the product back will be paid by the customer.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, panties cannot be exchanged once worn due to hygiene reasons.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will issue a store voucher of the same value, valid for 6 months, which can be used to shop anything from laceberry.pk.

For all orders above Rs. 4999, FREE shipping will be provided.
For all orders below Rs. 4999, a standard rate of Rs. 200 will be charged.
Delivery Time:
All Karachi orders are shipped within 48 working hours.
Metro city orders are delivered within 4-5 working days. Orders from smaller cities & villages take 6-7 working days for delivery.
Online tracking for confirmed orders is available and sent to customers via email , once order is dispatched.
